Operator Licenses are valid for two (2) years. There are three types of Licenses: Regular, Temporary and Provisional. Please see the application for details and fees.
Applicants must submit:
- Completed application;
- Copy of a valid State ID;
- Proof of completion of a responsible server training course within the last two years or proof that applicant has held an Operator's license in another municipality within the last two years;
- Payment
to the Sussex Civic Center by mail, placed in our night drop which is located in the vestibule on the north side of the building, or online.
Most licenses will be processed within 48-72 hours and the applicant notified when the license can be picked up. Village Board approval may be required for some licenses. For more information please contact the Village Clerk's office.
